This burrito brings balance — smoky spiced beef, citrusy rice, creamy avocado, and zippy chipotle crema all wrapped up in a warm tortilla. Each element complements the next, creating a burrito that’s bold and satisfying without being heavy or greasy. It’s fast enough for a weeknight, good enough for a dinner party.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix warm rice with lime zest, juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix sour cream with chipotle, adobo sauce, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Warm tortillas until pliable.
Optional: Sear seam-side down in a dry pan for 1–2 minutes to crisp the outside.
Slice in half and serve with extra crema, lime wedges, or hot sauce on the side.
