Option 1 – Stovetop (Recommended):
This method ensures the sausages cook through gently while keeping the casing intact and juicy.
➤ Add a splash of water to a skillet, place sausages over medium heat, and cover. Steam for 6–8 minutes. Uncover, let the water evaporate, then add a small amount of oil and brown all sides until golden, about 5–7 minutes.
Option 2 – Grill:
Great for a smokier, charred flavor.
➤ Preheat to medium-high. Grill sausages for 12–14 minutes, turning every few minutes to brown evenly. Let rest 2–3 minutes before serving.
