Option 1 – Pan-Sear & Finish in Oven (Recommended):

Best for locking in moisture while developing a flavorful crust.

➤ Sear the tenderloin in a hot skillet with oil or butter for 1–2 minutes per side. Transfer to a 400°F oven and roast for 6–8 minutes or until internal temp reaches 120–125°F for rare, 130°F for medium-rare. Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.

Option 2 – Grill:

➤ Grill over medium-high heat, turning every 2–3 minutes for even cooking. Remove at 125–130°F internal temp and rest before slicing.

Serving Ideas:

Serve sliced with wild mushrooms, parsnip purée, or roasted root vegetables. Excellent with fruit-forward sauces like cherry-port or blackberry balsamic.
